Rent4days charges for this service customer 30% of the total booking value.

Yes, all our flats have clean towels, bed sheets and settings . You do not have to bring anything.

You can either call a taxi or take the shuttle which goes from the airport to the centre of the city and then take the bus or metro.

The equipment in each flat appears in its description on the website. Search the details of the flat you are considering.

Unfortunately pets or any other animals are not allowed in our apartments. Our apologies for this inconvenience. 

If you need a cot for your baby just click on "cot" when you do the reservation through the webpage.

The address is written in the confirmation email. You can also look on our webpage, as we show a map for each flat (the flat is represented by a blue point).

It is not possible to arrive earlier because our personnel need time to clean the flat, change the towels, etc…

Yes, you may leave your luggage in our office Monday through Friday between 9:30 am and 6 pm. Note: Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Our address is Plaza Gala Placidia, 1-3. 08006 Barcelona.

Check out time is 11 am at the latest.

In the confirmation email you will find the telephone number of our contact person, call him one hour before your arrival at the flat and he will wait for you there. You will have to pay the balance and the security deposit to your contact person upon arrival.

Rent4days charges as follows:

- An Additional 30 euros for late arrivals (after 21:00 pm) and check-in on Sundays and holidays.

You can leave luggage at the property from 12 h to 24 h warning in advance, the cleaning staff will provide the key, you can enjoy the property after 15 h when he is clean and ready for you

Yes it is. Our webpage is protected with an SSL code. When using our site, check the URL to see that the http at the beginning of the web adress has changed to https, which means that the page is secured.

All you have to do is go to our homepage and enter the dates of your stay and the number of guests. All available flats will appear in the "Results" section along with the total price of your stay. From there you will be able to see a description of each flat, maps, etc…

You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you gave when booking. In this mail you will find the address of the flat, the price of the stay, the contact person, etc. If you don’t receive this mail, just call us.
